• Payment policy:
• If the booking has been confirmed more than 60 days prior to the check-in day:
• ● 1st installment of 50% must be paid within 2 days from the booking confirmation
• ● 2nd installment of 50% must be paid up to 60 days before the client’s arrival
• If the booking has been confirmed less than 60 days prior to the check-in day:
• ● 100% of the rental amount is required to secure the booking
• Security Deposit: 2 rental days based on the period of the booking. The security deposit
• should be paid to the owner’s bank account with the payment of the second installment

• The payments are non-refundable
• In case of Covid restrictions with official government announcement from/to Greece
• rescheduling of the booking is required [based on the season they have initially booked and
• the total amount of rental payment]
